Who you are:

You are a seasoned leader with experience managing large distributed teams. You are data driven, analytical, and laser focused on meeting service level commitments. You enjoy constant change and maintain a calm demeanour in high stress situations. People describe you as accountable and responsive.


  • Provide strong hands on leadership to your team
  • Define and develop KPIs and SLAs for GDAX customers
  • Build strategies to increase CSAT and NPS scores
  • Develop capacity plans and forecasts for current and future products
  • Challenge the status quo to develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the best end to end support experience for our users


  • BA/BS degree or local equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
  • 2+ Years of people management experience across global teams.
  • 3+ Years of experience in vendor management, customer service or large scale operations.
  • 2+ Years of experience in financial services and/or supporting consumer products
  • Strong analytical skills for both operational and financial metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about Coinbase and the future of digital currency
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30%
