Ingredientes
(English) 1 cup of cooked chickpeas
1 cup of boiled sweet potatoes
Parsley
Chives
Oregano
Flaxseed meal
Lemon zest
Turmeric
Black pepper
Salt
For the Mayonnaise:
1/2 avocado
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
Pink salt
Black pepper
Instruções
(English) Knead the chickpeas well with a fork until it is well pasty. Add the sweet potatoes and continue kneading.
Add the parsley, chives, oregano, lemon zest, turmeric, black pepper and salt.
Put your hand in the batter and mix well until it is like a molding clay.
Make balls, pass in flaxseed and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius for 15 minutes.
For the Mayonnaise:
Blend all the ingredients in the blender or food processor with a little water.
