Ingredientes
(English) 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cane syrup (optional)
2 tablespoons grated coconut
3/4 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup of rice milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instruções
(English) Sift the wheat flour and cacao into a bowl.
Add the sugar, the grated coconut, the yeast and the rice milk.
Mix well and put in an anti-stick form. If the form is not anti-adherent it can spreads a little.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. In half the time rotate the shape to roast evenly.
That simple :)
Mix everything, throw in shape and take to the oven!
Wait for it to cool, cut and serve!
