RECEITA: Dadinho Indiano de Grão de Bico

(English) 24 hours soaking + 15 minutes processing

Rendimento: (English) 30 small squares

Ingredientes

(English) 1 cup soaked chickpeas
1/4 teaspoon of mustard seed
1 coin of minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom
1/2 teaspoon of pink salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup vegetable milk
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon coconut in flakes

Instruções

(English) Wash and dry the soaked chickpeas and place in the food processor.

Process until it turns into a dough.

In a pan with a little water warm the mustard until it starts to jump.

Add the paprika, cardamom, turmeric, garlic powder, salt and pepper and the rest of the seasoning except the lime juice.

Continue to stir and adding water if necessary.

Add the chickpea paste and 1/3 of the vegetable milk.

Continue to mix, adding the remaining milk and finally the lime juice.

Spread the mixture in a pan lined with parchment paper or silicone.

Bake for about 10 minutes.

Cool and cut into small squares.
