In the Vegan Christmas series, the recipe for this video is White Bean Pasta with Dry Tomato.
Super healthy, protein and easy to prepare:
- 450g cooked white beans,
- ½ cup of dry tomato,
- 3 tablespoons of parsley,
- Juice of ½ lemon,
- Salt to taste,
- Pepper to taste,
- ¼ teaspoon of dried thyme,
- 1 large chopped onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
First, we will fry the garlic and the onion with a little water.
After about 5 minutes you fried the garlic and the onion, you turn off the fire.
And now we’re going to put all the ingredients in the processor.
If you don’t have a processor, you can use a blender.
It will only take longer, but it is also possible.
Just put everything in the processor, and beat until smooth.
If you need to, stop.
It is always good to stop and mix.
After being homogenous we will turn in a bowl and serve.
And the white bean pâté and dry tomato isready to serve.
