(English) 1 cup of rice flour
3/4 cup of quinoa flakes
1 tablespoon of chia
1 tablespoon of golden flaxseed flour
2 tablespoons of psyllium
1 teaspoon of tapioca starch
1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary
Salt to taste
For the Yeast:
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of molasses
(English) Mix the rice flour, quinoa, chia, flaxseed, psyllium, tapioca starch, rosemary and salt.
Stir well and gradually add water. The amount of water varies according to the climate of the place. The dough should look like a molding clay.
When you find the dough point, moist and pliable, make a ball with a hole in the center.
Place the cream of tartar and baking soda inside this hole. Add the apple cider vinegar and the molasses and mix the dough some more.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius for 40 to 45 minutes.
