(English) 400g of yams
6 tablespoons white sesame seeds
1 handful (130g) of watercress
1/4 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
(English) Cook the yams with the peel in the steam for 20 minutes.
Let it cool and then peel, scratching the peel with a small knife halfway down the pulp and pulling the peel off with the other hand. It will come out easily.
If the sesame seed is raw, lightly toast it in an anti-stick pan.
Put the yams and sesame in the blender and cover with water. Beat until creamy.
Chop the watercress coarsely, leaving the thicker stems separated from the leaves.
In a pan, put the olive oil, sauté the watercress stems and season with salt.
Finally, place the leaves and leave until they begin to wither.
Pour the soup over the cress and stir well before serving.
