2 cups of cashews soaked overnight
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup of cane molasses
A little bit of water
For the crust:
4 shelled carrots
1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
2 cups of dates
½ cup dry coconut
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instruções
(English) For covering and filling:
Beat the ingredients in the blender or processor with as little water as possible until smooth.
For mass:
Beat all ingredients on the processor until it is with a consistency of dough.
Place a thin layer dough into a removable bottom shape.
Put a layer of filling and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Spread another layer of crust over and finish with a layer of filling.
Garnish with grated carrots and almonds.
Take it to the freezer for about 30 minutes then refrigerate until ready to serve.
