Ingredientes
(English) For the base:
2 cups raw cashews
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup of grated coconut sugar
1/2 pink salt teaspoon
For the filling:
1 large avocado
1 cup demerara sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
1 1/2 cup raw cashews
Juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon vanilla extract tea
1 pinch of salt
Instruções
(English) Blend the base ingredients in the processor until they are well mixed and sticking together.
Put in a greased form with coconut oil.
Blend the ingredients of the filling in the blender or food processor until creamy.
Spread over the base with a spatula to be smooth. Freeze for an hour. Put it in the refrigerator for another 3 hours or overnight.
Cut into pieces and serve :)

(English) The deconstructed version can be made into a cup by alternating layers of filling and base!
