RECEITA: Torta Proteica Com Casal Natureba

Rendimento: (English) 1 medium pie or 4 small pies

Ingredientes

(English) Base:
Approximately 1 cup and a half of dried chickpeas (put in water for at least 12 hours)
Seasonings to taste (salt, olive oil, thyme, parsley, lemon, etc.)
2 to 4 tablespoons of gluten-free flour of your choice if needed.

Filling:
1 avocado medium / large chopped or mashed
2 tomatoes diced into cubes
Colored peppers minced in cubes
Peppers of your choice
Parsley, Thyme and / or other seasonings to taste (mint, basil, oregano, coriander, onion, chives)
Salt, lemon and olive oil to taste

Instruções

(English) Base:

Leave chickpeas in water for at least 12 hours, to eliminate part of the anti-nutrients. It will double in size. Discard the water, wash well and process (raw, but if you prefer you can cook before processing) with seasonings. If necessary add the flour to bind.

In a greased form, preferably with the removable bottom, set the dough and bake for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

Filling:

Preparation: Mix all the ingredients and fill the pie as soon as it cools.
